Data collection, analysis, evaluation for the preparation of documents related to the quality management system
Documentation of processes in all areas of quality management system
Rules for preparation of relevant normative documents
Responsibilities:
Checking the compliance of construction on the site with the project, checking the compliance of the work with the requirements of the Customer, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and other relevant agencies
Support the progress of work in the field, assist in identifying and resolving deficiencies during the proceedings
Quality control of subcontractors' work
Reporting in accordance with existing standards, forms and rules in the enterprise
Development and control over the quality control plan, creation, application and control of the overall quality system
Implement the Quality System in the company
Ensuring quality procedures control at all stages of the process
Participate in the development of relevant guidelines
Prepare and submit regular activity reports to the entity's management
Inform non-compliant areas and take appropriate action to address them
Planning Engineer
Requirements for the candidate:
Education: Higher education in civil engineering
Knowledge of the construction legislation and construction norms and rules of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Work experience: At least 3 years of experience in construction as a Planning Engineer
Age: 30-55
Gender: Male
Language skills: Azerbaijani, Russian - desirable
Computer skills: MS Office, Primavera P6, MS Project 2010
Work schedule: 6-day work schedule
Salary: is determined during the interview
Responsibilities:
Project planning (preparation of main and detailed work schedules of projects)
Identify project material, machinery, and labor needs, prepare needs reports, and directly monitor implementation
Preparation of daily and weekly work plans for the project
Implementation of Coast Control
Prepare monthly and weekly progress reports and submit to management
Develop a development program based on weekly and monthly reports and include and update Primavera P6
Analyzes time and deviations. Efficiency assessment, forecasting, assessment of the probability that the work will be completed within the planned time and budget
Discuss with construction engineers to determine the causes of delays and eliminate these reasons, reschedule work
Plan registration of work performed by subcontractors and control over the implementation of work according to the plan
